This document summarizes the key features and design elements of four different album digipaks: Eminem's Encore digipak depicts him holding a gun behind his back to represent his feelings of depression after breaking up with his wife. 50 Cent's Get Rich or Die Trying digipak features a bullet hole to represent the violence in his life. Rihanna's digipak uses bright feminine colors and emphasizes her lips and hair to portray her passion for music. Ed Sheeran's digipak focuses on Sheeran himself as the main attraction and his neutral expression suggests his songs can be either upbeat or emotional.

2. Encore Eminem
This is Eminem’s Encore digipak
and this is to promote his new
album, the reason for this album
is to show his feelings when he
broke up with is wife and to show
how depressed he was. This was
a 8 panel digipak, I really like this
digipak because on the front
cover you see him bow to the
crowd but when you open it up
you see he is holding a gun
behind his back.

3. Digipak 2 50 cent- get rich or die trying
When you look at the front cover
of 50 cents album cover you can
see him and you can also see a
bullet shot that has gone through
glass. This bullet shot may
represent the violence that 50 cent
has gone through in his life. This
digipak is a 4 panel with a slot
pocket.
On the disc you can see the bullet
shots through the disc and this also
will represent all of the violence
that has gone on in his life.

4. Rihanna
The first thing you will notice within the
digipak is the bright feminine colours and
this is to make it look very bright and
colourful, the pink colour shows off her
femininity and the red shows off her
passion towards the music.
Instantly when you see her face in this
album her lips and hair stand out the
most and this is to make her look
extremely passionate about her music
and the album. This will create a positive
meaning to the audience and the album
itself. The digipak is a 6 panel CD digipak
with 2 CD’s.

5. Ed Sheeran
• On this digipak the most eye-catching
thing is Ed Sheeran himself and he is the
USP of his music so this will encourage
people to buy the album.
• The background blends in with his hair
which may be a sarcastic reference to the
audience. He is looking straight at the
audience off the album cover which will
create a sense of direct address to the
audience.
• His facial expression is very neutral which
could show that his songs are can be
either upbeat or emotional.
• This is a standard 4 panel CD digipak.
