This document discusses different types of digipak templates used for CD and DVD packaging. The first template described is a four panel template with an outline of the DVD and tabs to make removing the disc easier. The second template discussed is similar but with a non-retractable plastic ring in the center to hold the disc. The third template makes the CD thinner by using less hard plastic only in the middle. Finally, many professional digipaks use a two panel system with the back cover, insert behind the CD, and front cover forming the booklet containing images or lyrics.

This consists of the back cover with the track listings on and the insert behind the CD. The front cover is the front of the booklet. The booklet would contain either images of the artist, lyrics or copyright information. <br />Something that is popular is sleeves within the digipak. Inside booklets can be inserted in rather than placing it in loosely.<br />
