1. The front cover of the album is
all black with a bright pink CD
on it with the outline of what is
portrayed to be what men see
as a very attractive woman in a
black outline. Which is what the
song is all about, a woman.
The back of the album cover is
continuing the black and pink
theme, however the back has
white writing on it, which
stands out a lot over the black
background.
The black and pink colour
scheme is very unusual for this
genre of music however it is
seen to be very ‘indie’ which
suits the artists genre of ‘indie
rock’ and ‘alternative rock’.
There is a gun on the back of
the album, which fits in with
the artist’s name ‘The Killers’
and obviously, guns kill,
therefore the bands name ‘The
Killers’.
The girl on the front is shown
to be a stereotypical girl who is
attracted to guns, danger and
stereotypical ‘bad boys’.
On the CD itself ‘The Killers’ is
written in their recognisable
font in red, as it always is,
which makes it instantly
recognisable by their fans.
