DI-fusion is the institutional repository of ULB that currently contains over 19,000 references from faculty and researchers at the university. It uses open source software like DSpace and Vufind to allow depositing publications and searching the repository. The repository aims to promote open access publishing and is integrated with the university's research evaluation processes. Future plans for DI-fusion include automating ingestion of references from databases, integrating link resolvers for full text access, and disseminating references to other archives and search engines.
