Diet -Essential Facts To Be Aware Of
It's very common to start off on a diet with lots of enthusiasm, and then to quickly
     lose hope after a couple of weeks when the desired weight hasn't been lost




           Sometimes you will be really fortunate and have quick results


           But most of the time it takes a lot more time and persistence
Understanding what really works when it comes to weight loss, regardless of the
              specific diet you may be trying is very important




      The idea that all fats are unhealthy is a myth that is difficult to dispel


 People have gotten so used to looking for foods that are low fat or totally fat free that it
  is really hard to get used to the idea that some fats can actually be good for and that
                                     you actually need it.
You may have heard about healthy and unhealthy fats, and this is an
extremely important distinction




It's important to remember this distinction before you let yourself believe that drinks
like diet soda and that foods like margarine are healthy but the truth is that they are not
Olive oil, fish oil and nuts contain healthy fats.




        Don't make the mistake of turning away
        from all fats, some of which are really
        important parts of your diet.
Some people get very stubborn about skipping meals because they believe that
                   doing so helps them lose more weight




                                              But this will NOT work




         Taking this route will just make you really uncomfortable
Studies show that people who skip meals reach for snacks more often and they
are typically the least healthy snacks available




                           Skipping meals tells your body the wrong things like
                           that your metabolism should be slowed down and
                           that is the exact opposite of what you want
*Breakfast is the worst meal of all to skip!!!!


                               When you don't eat your breakfast, you are going to
                               eat more throughout the rest of your day




Definitely eat breakfast every day because it is what helps you get your day off to
                                 the right start.
There are tons of diets and workout videos created and
sold by celebrities and some of them are incredibly
popular




     You can check out these videos and diets if you want but do not allow
      yourself to believe that a celebrity has all of the answers you need
Celebrities are, for the most part, thin but that doesn't necessarily mean that
                             thin is optimal for your health




 Some will even go on crash diets in an attempt to lose lots of weight for their
                                  adventures


This doesn't mean that no celebrities should be trusted, just that you shouldn't
trust them simply because that person is thin or has a video or book. You can do
              all sorts of things to be more successful at dieting
If you try to keep these tips in mind, you will probably find it a lot easier to avoid
                  some of the pitfalls associated with weight loss




People who lose weight and keep it off do so because they understand that it is
  the long term changes they make to their behaviors and habits that allows
                          them to diet successfully
