Shape Task
Evaluation
What did you like about your image?
It was a full body image of a llama so it was easy to place shapes over it to and warp them into
the right size and outline, and it portrays the exact shape of it. The llama didn’t have a lot of
detail on it, apart from fur which I didn’t include. I added the nose, an eye and the dark inner part
of its ears to add some more detail to the face, which made it look a lot more life like.
What would you improve if you did it again?
I would make it look more realistic by adding textures, gradients and shadows instead of just
having one block colour, this would bring it more to life. I would spend more time refining the
shapes to get the exact shape of the llama’s body parts so it doesn’t look as messy, such as the
legs and the head. If I had more time I would have maybe made the background more interesting
instead of block green, by creating an abstract background using different colours.
