According to People Goal Website, Development Planning is the creation of measurable
goals to support an employee's career. This includes defining how to achieve a goal and
the time frame within which this should be done
According to Classy Magazine, Development Planning can be defined as a systematic
or carefully formulated course of actions/policies designed to achieve the developmental
goals of society.
