1. 2011 Bonus close out and 2012 Bonus target setting complete with minimal rework
2. Following successful pilot in 2011, provided online training to top 300, 50 courses with
varied titles: communication, management/leadership, sales & customer services,
teams and EQ, Ethics etc. Continuous monitoring needed to encourage engagement.
3. Pilot for online language training : not moving forward with this initiative in this
format.
4. Employee Satisfaction Survey conducted & results shared at top three layers of
management globally. Regional teams communicating further to sites and working on
action plans as appropriate.
5. Rotational development program for graduates who originated from APAC in pilot
phase. Ultimate goal of program participants and company is to return trained talent to
APAC.
6. Global benefit survey in progress to optimize coverage and minimize costs where
possible.
7. Leadership development: Introduced 360s for regional and site leaders followed by
creation of a development plan and monitoring of same.
8. Leadership Academy: pilot in September. Goals: Develop a stronger business focus - by
understanding company vision and strategy and other common business concepts
which would improve future leadership decision-making, Be more aware of own
leadership and communication skills and learn to use own EQ , Improve skills P. 2
associated with the company Leadership Competencies and Forge valuable
international contacts within company, building a worldwide collegial support network.
