The presentation closes with observations on the difficulty of scientifically measuring skills gaps in the region with a specific emphasis on operationalizing a measurement mechanism in Qatar.
This slide show was for a project in my MIS class this past semester. Obviously most will not understand this presentation but I'm hoping I can get some feedback/criticism/advice on how to put together some slides for a "formal professional" business presentation while not looking like a robot!
Personally I'm not a big fan of the template and its definitely not my best possible work. But considering it was a group project and the group politics I didn't have a choice.

This note is specially useful when the team of volunteers is bubbling with variety of ideas , but having little knowledge on the correct way to proceed and get the activities done.
The proposed approach can easily be adopted by corporates and even be scaled to suit larger CSR programs.
The methodology used is such that this can even be deployed for any other people intensive initiatives, even outside the corporate world.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Editor's Notes
India has produced few sports persons who have achieved the pinnacle of success over the decades. However, India struggles to be identified as a nation of sporting talent despite its huge population base. Sustainable sporting achievements across the world come not only from the developed countries but also from the underdeveloped and developing nations. Here’s an attempt to put together a framework to determine the gaps in the Indian sports industry.
The attempt is to identify the factors on a 360 degree basis, that lead to sporting successes and thereby to identify gaps which can then be classified by impact, costs and timelines. Some gaps have a quick and direct impact on the sportspersons and are likely to affect their performance immediately . Other gaps may have slow and indirect influence originating from the psyche of the society where the sporting talent is groomed and encouraged, affecting their performance in the long term.
Key factors for sporting success are definitely individual brilliance, the exposure and opportunities provided to the sportspersons and the overall sporting infrastructure that guides and provides support in the long run. A detailed breakdown of these factors and an attempted classification is available in the appendix.
It is recommended that we may explore the market through primary research with the key groups that associate closely with sports persons, to validate the key factors and identify the addressable gaps in the short term A larger roadmap for a sustainable winning ecosystem can then be created through understanding of how some of the developing nations like China, SE Asian countries have gone about developing it.
A review of responses from these target groups could lead to a better understanding of actual gap areas and also possibly give insights into planning the detailed research for analysis and preparation of a strategic roadmap for Skill – Gap Bridging.
Detailed primary research , comprising of interviews and GDs with renowned sports professionals , industry analysts ,sports regulators and academicians can help to ascertain certain quantitative requirements. An Example for quantitative estimation : A way to approach assessing the deficit in the no. of Sports Trainers, Physiotherapists and Doctors/Medics quantitatively could be to consider two levels of sports related training-coaching. One at the schooling (formal education) level and other at specialized sports training level. In India, in the coming years, primary education shall be made mandatory. A starting point could thus be estimating the minimum requirement for Sports trainers-Coaches and Medics from the no. of registered Primary , Secondary and Tertiary educational institutes in India. Lets assume these are X, Y and Z respectively. Assuming the least positive scenario, there may be 1 certified sports trainer- coach per institute at each level, 1 certified physio – medic per n schools at primary level and 1 physio-medic per school at secondary and tertiary level. Thus a minimum of X+Y+Z physical trainers-mentors and X/n + Y+ Z physio-medics are required based on schools alone. Next, lets assume Specialized Sports coaching Centers are available in metros, tier 1 & Tier 2 cities of India. Assuming A centers, a trainers /center and m0 medics/center,p0 Physios / center per metro cluster. Similarly assuming B ,b,m1 ,p1 per Tier 1 City , C,c,m2,p2 per Tier 2 City , Dd,m3 ,p3 per Tier 3 city then No. of trainers-mentors required T= T0*A*a+T1*B*b+T2*C*c+T3*D*d Similarly no. of Physios required P = T0*A*a*po+T1*B*b*p1+T2*C*c*p2+T3*D*d*p3 And no. of Medics required M = T0*A*a*mo+T1*B*b*m1+T2*C*c*m2+T3*D*d*m3 Summing the requirements from education institutes and from specialized sports training centers would give an estimate of the minimum requirement of these professionals. Then there’s a requirement for training and knowledge-skill up gradation of these professionals. Through primary research such nos. as Nt trainers’ trainers, Np Physios’s instructors and Nm Medics’ trainers could be estimated. Data of the registered no. of Sports Trainers, Physio Therapists and Medics with the sports Governing bodies and associations, Medical Council Of India and other relevant sources could help in estimating this gap. More detailed research could help in understanding the variances.
Valuable information can be found if we consider superior Olympic games performance as our goal. Information from the Indian Education System (primary , secondary, vocational, professional etc) , the global and Indian healthcare industries and the Olympic Games could bring out answers to several of the gaps identified earlier.
