Developing double page spread

1. Original Plan for double page spread Lots of picture to interest the younger audience. Bright eye catching Picture Text box Makes the reader want to read the text/pull them in Picture Title Call out from text box Time/Date Text box Channel Logo

2. Original draft for left hand side of double page spread with audience feedback “Grey and selected area contrast is very eye catching” “text box blocks picture , maybe text box could go on the other side” This was done to show the youth “Titles don’t stand out enough and letters are lost though the see though bits”

3. Higher contrast on background image didn’t really work as image is lose in the background Shocking green really pops and grabs the eye however the font looks very flat and doesn't reflect the same meaning as the label front.

4. Finished left hand side page Replaced text box with tag line pull the audience in and make them want to answer the question by reading on 3-D effect to text makes the text pop from the page. Forced onto the audience Used Photoshop tool called skim to outline the front and make it the label front more readable. They are a lot clear and the neon colours connote clubbing and drug culture. Highlighted the bottom hand face audience can feel like they can hear the noise from her connoting the culture of teens
