This document summarizes a study that examined the radiological fusion of the shoulder joint epiphysis in individuals aged 16-20 years to determine age. 60 subjects underwent digital X-ray examination of the shoulder joint. Fusion was assessed and ages were determined based on standard literature. The study found that among males, 30.76% and 28.57% showed fusion at ages 17-18 years and 18-19 years respectively. Among females, fusion was found in 30%, 40%, and 50% at ages 16-17 years, 17-18 years, and 18-19 years respectively.
