However, another user, Linda, had trouble finding the driver due to various "scent blockers" on the site, including content below the fold, non-link-like graphics, and an overwhelming search function. Proper design that considers the user's perspective and needs, such as clear labeling and relevant content, is crucial to enabling users to efficiently find information on a site.
