Although many users of BCA Mobile. There are
still some pain points on that application. Many
people know the BCA mobile interface is less
up-to-date than other banking applications.
But i will focus on the pain points in the
transfer flow such as :

80% of users succeed in the usability testing task (direct success) and
prefer the new flow and design.
