Although many users of BCA Mobile. There are
still some pain points on that application. Many
people know the BCA mobile interface is less
up-to-date than other banking applications.
But i will focus on the pain points in the
transfer flow such as :

Users need to sms for transfer to a new
bank account

Bias between term of “transfer” and “daftar

rekening” and “transfer antar bank”

Research Summary
“That's very, very helpful. nowadays people rarely use sms
“It makes it easier because only have one transfer flow
“Prefer a new design because it is simpler and can be transferred directly”
User Feedback
One of best mobile banking apps but complicated transfer flow.
80% of users succeed in the usability testing task (direct success) and
prefer the new flow and design.
Conclusion
User will make a bank transfer to a
new account or has never been
transferred before.
