domestic agencies and thirty-five international agencies, an in-house Auto recoveries, an in-
house direct calling team, staff/ex-staff collections and recovery team and managing the strategy
for recoveries and risk management.
 On-boarded new agencies.
 Put systems and practises in place.

 The financial and non-financial targets year on year and month on month were met.

 Kept the delinquency flow into charge off and provisioning within budget.
