 Mapping of broken ptps of bkt and passing feedback to team for required follow-up and resolution.
 Daily performance review of field staff.
 Maintenance of bkt collection tracker and daily collection report.
 Field visit on problematic cases and coordinating resolve and service dispute cases.
 To ensure minimal RF for month by doing higher rollback.
 To ensure cash collected is deposited branch with in specified tat.
 To ensure strict adherence of specified COC.
