This document summarizes the findings of a focus group conducted to provide user feedback on a product called LiveExp. The focus group sought to understand the strengths and weaknesses of LiveExp, determine the most important categories of expertise, how LiveExp could create an online community, the level of trust in an online expert advice service, preferred methods of interaction, and the most effective marketing channels. Key findings indicated health, computers, home, and an online social experience as priorities and mid-low trust in the service.
