The document describes Swiggy's efforts to improve the onboarding experience for delivery partners by redesigning its onboarding centers. The goal was to motivate and inform partners about the "what's in it for me" through graphic displays. The redesigned centers used a combination of informative posters telling partner stories, engaging comics, and interactive installations. Signage was provided in 8 languages and designs incorporated Swiggy's brand imagery and messaging around "Riding to your dreams." The new design approach received positive feedback and helped partners better understand the Swiggy brand.

are used to train DPs. The design helps in creating
a sense of wayfinding and self-service

→ Installations across the centre to bring in a tactile
and interactive angle
