”Caution: work in progress" is the most common messaging one sees on barricading. When the authorities at the Bengaluru Airport told us they needed help to maintain the look and feel of the airport while they were renovating it, we were excited. Here was the opportunity to have our work seen by millions of people everyday. We worked closely with the team to bring to life stories of the airport and the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure the safety and comfort of each passenger. These stories were then carefully crafted into ‘art pieces’ styled in a ‘regional Indian art’ theme. We used beautiful South Indian art styles, the origins of which go back thousands of years, to communicate the cutting-edge technology and processes of the airport.
