Area Requirements(Preschool)
• To set up a Delhi International Pre-school one would
require a property with carpet area of 2000 sqft with
attached toilet facility and a minimum of 1000 sqft for
an outdoor play area.
• An independent Bungalow is preferred; in case of the
property being in a building, the proposed property
• should be on the ground floor with an independent
access.
• Property should be in a prominent location with ease of
access, it should have parking and
• maneuverability space for cars and school vans.

Investment (Preschools)
The investment required to set-up a pre-school depends on
factors such as locality, city and the number of students the
school plans to cater to.
Return on Investment (Pre-school)
ROI depends on several factors such as location, fees and
city. ROI will be discussed with the partner on a case to case
basis. Delhi International Schools Pvt. Ltd. provides
complete assistance on the various aspects of successfully
running a pre-school.

Fees
Fees would depend upon several factors such as existing
market conditions, locality and competition. The fees can
be discussed with the business partner and finalised upon
mutual agreement.
Complete training would be provided by Delhi International
Schools Pvt. Ltd. before the launch
of the pre-school and also while the school is operational.
Periodic visits will be followed for academic support. Training
