 The education sector in India is growing swiftly with large private individuals
collaborating with the government to develop this sector. The government is
also considering many steps to enhance the quality of education in India.
Primary education is increasing and many international schools are making
their presence felt in India. Parents are now willingly enrolling their children into
international schools for good quality education stright from the primary level.
 In India, the government expenditure in the education sector is expressed in
two ways:
 Total government expenditure percentage: The total government
expenditure in education shows the significance of education in the plan of
things before the government. From the year 1952 to 2014, the government
education investment grew from 7.92 to 15.7.
 Gross domestic product (GDP) percentage: The education expenditure of
GDP states the total amount of income being invested in the development of
education in the country. From the year 1952 to 2014, the total GDP
percentage increased from 0.64 to 4.13.

IT Faculty (Requirement enclosed)
• Education qualification (mandatory) – Graduate in any stream.
• Computer qualification (mandatory) – GNIIT, B.Tech, BCA or B.sc IT or other diploma holders.
• Experience: Computer teachers with one year experience in teaching will be preferred. Also able
to handle CBSE prescribed IT syllabus at schools
• IT skills (mandatory) – Fundamental of computers, MS-Office (2003,2007 or 2010), Java, Java
scripting, HTML/DHTML,C++,SQL and MS- Access. Post: ADC (Requirement enclosed)
• Graduate with an ability to handle trainings at schools (Science graduate, B Tech will also work
well)
• Good customer handling skills

•The role involves providing 24*5 Training Administration support to
top companies in the EMEA, NAM & APAC region.
•Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/E-mail
•Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
•Gather additional information about reported issue
•Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system
and generate ticket
•Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
•Perform Training Management activities on the Learning
Management Systems.

Role description
The Selected Candidates will begin in an individual contributor’s role,
working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning
in your city. They would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning
to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in
their designated zone.
Skills
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest and deep
understanding of the Indian education sector.
•Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
•Having a knack for sales.
•Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Other details
All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under
the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of Rs
25,000. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be
promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) for
Direct Sales at (7+3 lpa)
