Marketing Coordinator & Multimedia Designer
Originally hired as a short-term marketing contract which developed into a fulltime position
as their on-site multimedia designer and marketing co-ordinator. Some of my responsibilities
included: graphic design on collateral; social media strategy and content; scripting/shooting/
editing video marketing content, motion graphics, finishing, event marketing, following strict
brand guidelines and developing training packages.

I worked alongside the Print Marketing Manager in implementing an annual Marketing
strategy for the brand. Some of my responsibilities included but weren’t limited to: Social
Media marketing, training and assessment of analytics, implementing Video Marketing:
producing, editing and assessment of engagement, graphic design, following strict brand
guidelines, admin support, email & newsletter design and distribution, office management.
Marketing Excellence Awards were obtained during my time in this role.

Advertising Co-Ordinator
I worked with the whole team on each and every property advertising campaign. With up to
45 agents and a heavy workload this role taught me some very valuable time management
skills. Some of my responsibilities included but weren’t limited to: Graphic Design on
collateral following strict brand guidelines, CampaignTrack, Very short deadlines both
internal and external, High attention to detail, Liaison with internal and external suppliers,
Professional Print Production of brand collateral, Proofing process, Office Admin Support.
