Currently deployed to University Hospitals of North Midlands (Stoke/ Stafford),
implementing PAS, A&E module, Order Comms and Results reporting across 2 acute sites.
In addition to the deployment tasks below I also work internally both with in the Business
Change Team and the wider organisation developing and implementing consultancy services
and packages that are revenue creating packages to our NHS customers - largely in the
Transformation and Benefits areas of the Business Change Consultancy remit. Currently
deploying 12 further work packages over 12 NHS sites.
• Day to day managing of the Business Change Team.
• Work on Strategy and Revenue creating development with the Sales and senior
Management teams.
ï‚· Own and manage the Project Change processes;
ï‚· Perform and analyse current and future process workflow mapping, including:
• Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the Medway product including
User processes and systems requirements for all systemmodules;
• Ensuring, through Clinical and Non Clinical staff involvement, that operational needs
and delivery of care are represented during the development and implementation of
revised processes;
• Validation of current workflow analysis and benefits;
• Identification of process redesign options and associated realisable benefits;
• Documenting current and to-be processes in a visual and easy to understand format;
• Where available, presenting the options and benefits to appropriate senior staff so
that the preferred options can be selected;
• Working with the Project Manager, IT Trainers and operational staff to manage
process change, and other project activities within the overall change control
processes;
• Undertake gap analysis exercises, where useful and appropriate, and facilitate
workshops and forums for staff (both clinical and non-clinical) from across all levels
of the organisation;
• Provide high quality business change support and facilitation services to the staff
(both clinical and non-clinical) affected by the project;

Undertake product solution demonstrations for the client clearly presenting the benefits of
the solution;
• Provide client with appropriate documentation/templates e.g. configuration build
workbook/s, role based access mapping documents, process change plan, gap analysis
document etc.
