Touchstone Homecare provides homecare services in Cork to promote independent living for clients. They offer three levels of care - companionship services, homecare services, and advanced homecare services. Companionship services include activities and light assistance, homecare services include household tasks and personal care, and advanced homecare provides medical services and high dependency care. The goal is to intervene to prevent admissions when possible and reduce time outside the home through coordinated care. Touchstone Homecare has a team of nurses, homecare assistants, allied health professionals and social care workers to deliver these services.
