applicable regulations, courier specifications, and study parameters.
• Assist with resolving shipping problems related to customs, FDA, dangerous goods. or couriers.
• To ensure on-line shipping program is maintained within laboratory policy and procedural guidelines.
• Review global work orders as studies are launched and when inventories are refilled to ensure they
correspond to the type of study and courier(s) used. Prepare commercial invoices to cover actual shipments
of kits and supplies.
• Prepare commercial invoices, letters of Instruction, letters to airport police, and oversee preprinted airbills to
supply to sites to ensure specimens will be shipped in compliance with each country’s regulations and each
courier’s specifications.
• Respond to sponsor or other CRO inquiries regarding shipments. Prepare global shipping spreadsheets and
reports as requested by sponsors.
• Administer and oversee the online shipping program.
