Project Summary:
•Cape Fear Landing was a redevelopment of
an existing marina & restaurant into a 30,000
SF Mixed Use project located on the Cape
Fear River in historic Southport, North
Carolina.
•Completed in 2004 it includes ten
residential condominium units with approx.
2,300 sq. feet each, and ten commercial
condominiums units with approx. 900 sq.
feet.
•Amenities included deep water boat slips &
bulk head accommodating boats up to 38
feet in length
