Tracey De Groose is Managing Director at Carat. Holly Maguire is Head of Account
She has spent 20 years tackling big marketing Management at Glue Isobar where she heads
and communications challenges, client and up the Google and Bacardi global brands
agency side. She led Stella Artois into the top 10 business. Her agency career began at DLKW
FMCG brands, winning 1998’s FMCG brand of the before she moved to McCann-Erikson to work
year in the process. She was Naked’s first UK on the Bacardi-Martini account, including the
Managing Director, and has worked as a UK launch of Bacardi Breezer. In 2005 she
marketing consultant launching a £100m social moved to CHI & Partners to see them through
marketing campaign to promote responsible their first Christmas before joining Glue isobar
drinking. in 2009 as a Group Account Director.
