Security Director (2014-Present)
Directed a 120-person security department, protecting 16 strategic nuclear assets critical to national security and valued at over
$1.5B. Advised executive leadership as Subject Matter Expert for physical and personnel security.
 Oversaw training and inspection of three 300-person teams, provided professional development opportunities,
mentored employees on career goals, and delivered annual performance reviews leading to a retention rate of over 93%
 Consulted with installation and command facilities managers to plan and execute multiple renovation and maintenance

the armed and un-armed transport of 4 personnel to the Consolidated Brig in Jacksonville, FL
