Training Instructor/Criminal Investigator

Assistant Chief of Police/Police Operations Supervisor
• Supervised, interviewed, hired, scheduled and evaluated the security and law
enforcement staff operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week composed of 1 Police
Instructor, 3 First Line Supervisors, 34 police officers, 23 security contract guards, 13
security assistants, 13 motor vehicle operators and 20 contract parking attendants.
• Managed and supervised the operations of the Communication Center Unit, Crime
Prevention Programs and Electronic Surveillance Program reducing criminal incidence
in more than 50%.
• Managed and facilitated training and educational programs resulting in 98% agency
goals compliance.
• Administered and responsible for the Physical Security and Electronic Surveillance
Program, Communication Center Unit operations, and the Transportation Unit
government fleet for the station composed of approximately 70 government vehicles.
• Supervised and technically evaluated the service contracts budgeted in more than 1
million dollars.

influence of 550 or more subordinates of components units for an Engineer Battalion
equipped with tactical wheeled heavy construction equipment and various sets, kits and
