Position: Sub County Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Programmatic and administrative support leadership in the planning and Implementation of the HIV
Prevention Interventions in the Sub County.
Prepare and submit budgets, regular work plans for the activities within the district and ensure that
scheduled activities are implemented as set out in the work plans.
Identify operational constraints and design innovative strategies to bring about implementation
improvements to ensure set targets are achieved.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly, monthly and annual progress reports of activities .
Represent the organization in multi-sectoral meetings with County and Sub County HMT, County officials,
community leaders and other implementing partners at County level.
Conduct regular field visits, support supervision and monitoring of all HIV program activities to ensure
quality service provision.
Establish network/linkages with the County and Sub County HMT, NGOs, CBOs, FBOs and health facilities
operating in the County in order to develop and sustain effective and efficient referral system.
Coordinate and facilitate capacity building workshops/trainings for MOH staff and other public health
stakeholders to improve knowledge and skills.
Ensure that project funds are utilized transparently and transactions are documented and traceable, and
