with each of the team members . During this time we will discuss what is
working well for them and also discuss opportunity's that they may have with
either the process or call flow. Goals are set for graduation Quality scores 80%
or above and Save Rate of 38%.Current graduation rate is 85%.
I am also responsible for coaching my current team of 20 individuals with weekly
monitors and feedback

Adherence is monitored throughout the day ensuring my team meets company
standards for call time, after call work and also account research .
Writing and administer Performance agreements when needed and follow
process when termination is necessary.
