the JOINT-STAR program. Heavy structure repairs and modifications were also
performed. Maintenance in accordance to technical order. Duties include PDM depot

cockpit instruments, flooring and seats. Repair to cracks in the vertical Stabs and

• As a Lean Six Sigma certified Green Belt Responsible for identifying areas of

facilitation skills to lead Structural Improvement Activities using tools such as Value
Stream Mapping, Kiazen, and other six sigma tools as required achieving cost savings,
value-creation quality improvements improved productivity and enhanced overall
performance for all Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems transactional areas.
Performed a Kiazen event that reduced the cost of tool inventory and gained an outcome
of $18M after finding a hemorrhage in the process and repairing it.
• Assisted in creating a system for Tool Control to track, repair and maintain CTK,
R&M, and calibrated tools that are currently used throughout LM Aeronautics Marietta,
Texas and Florida sites.
• As a 6S auditor were able to accomplish a process to maintain and sustain a safe
work environment, by creating stationary homes for tools, jigs, carts, moveable parts and
assemblies and implementing clean as you go process in order to maintain order in the
work stations.
• Manger and COO for LMLA first level leadership seminars. Coordinated
executive management schedule to teach the classes for professional development offered
to all employees. Set Schedule maintained transcripts, attendance and credit for all
attendees that participated during the year. Classes were set as lunch and learn as well as
