Danielle joined Data Reduction Systems Corporation in 2014 as a Corporate Compliance Analyst. During her first year, she learned to create test scripts, executed scripts to validate systems, helped prepare for audits, and assisted with trainings. In 2015, Danielle's responsibilities will include creating test scripts, obtaining signatures for changes, and assisting the Director of Compliance as needed. Prior to this role, Danielle studied Social and Behavioral Sciences at Seton Hall University and has experience in marketing, sales, administration, and mental health.

Corporate Compliance Analyst
Danielle joined Data Reduction Systems Corporation in 2014 as a member of the
Corporate Compliance department. She began to take on various responsibilities
including executing Change Management test scripts, creating, distributing and
monitoring reports as needed, some involvement with departmental projects, and
support to other departments as required.
During her first year, she learned how to create test scripts for change management,
executed test scripts for validation of DRS eSource 1.0 system, helped prepare for
external and internal audits, helped document findings for internal audits, and assisted
with designated trainings for new hires as required. She also assisted in revising the
Change Management procedure and documentation, SOPs and policies as per findings
in the 2014 internal and external audits, controlled forms in Corporate Compliance and
their procedures, and training documentation for PDMA awareness training for all
departments and for new hire training for the Corporate Compliance department.
In 2015 Danielle’s responsibilities will include creating Change Management test scripts,
obtaining all required signatures for Change Management, and assisting the Director of
Compliance as needed. She will continue to execute test scripts and support other
departments as required.
Prior to her employment here at DRS, Danielle took undergraduate classes at Seton
Hall University. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences
with a concentration and minor in Psychology. Danielle has an extensive and well-
rounded background of marketing, sales, administration, and mental and behavioral
health sciences. She has one year of on the job experience in quality assurance.
