D’AINCOURT Rare Cognac is a blend of ten
eaux-de-vie, all from the Grande Champagne
cru., aged from 20 to 50 years old.
They have been aged in oak barrels for
several decades and selected for their rarity
and elegance.
The attack is lively and powerful, with exotic
aromas of Madagascar vanilla and Sichuan
pepper. These are followed by the rich
generosity of aged Grande Champagne
cognac, which warms the palate with fruity
notes of dried apricot, pear, and candied
orange peel.
The finish offers silky, harmonious aromas and
hints of smoke.

Eaux de vie, selected selected for their finesse
