Concept
CONCEPT STATEMENT
A
n egg is simple, yet it can mean many things. “Hatching Creativity” is a dynamic
and innovative concept for ArtBash that explores the limitless potential of artistic
expression, symbolism, and creativity through the simple yet profound symbol of the
egg. This concept takes inspiration from the egg as a universal and timeless symbol of birth,
growth, and transformation, providing a fertile ground for artists to incubate their ideas and
unleash their artistic potential.
The concept for “Hatching Creativity” centers around the idea of exploration and possibilities.
The egg, as a symbol of the beginning and potential, represents the freshman artists’ journey
into Contemporary Practice and the world of art, where they explore countless way to
discover their unique voices and perspectives.
Artworks in various media will be displayed, each exploring the egg’s symbolism
in their individual ways.
