NuVision Displays LLC. - Rockford, Illinois
Co-Founder 2005-2008
NuVision provides design, integration and distribution of specialized LCD
displays. Our designs have been used for displays in the ATM market, Marine,
Casino, and Hospitality industry.
Accomplishments:
• Designed and deployed the industry first “Intellisign” LCD display.
• Launched our 19” display into the casino and hospitality markets.
• Negotiated a Nondisclosure Agreement with Intel for the application of our
design to drive the LCD.
• Provided complete ATM monitor design, distribution, support and service
for Display Concepts LLC.

(GDS is a manufacture of OEM LCD displays).
Responsible for launching the sales department for GDS in the USA and
Canada. We began with annual revenue of $ 3 million. GDS Inc. exceeded $ 38
million in 2004. Responsible for Organizing and building a highly motivated sales
team dedicated to performance, empowerment and teamwork.
Accomplishments:
• Won the NCR Advance exchange program for GDS which is a service
program with annual revenue of approximately $ 3million.
• Initiated a CRM program and launched customer tracking and follow-up
data base with over 1500 contacts.
• Built a cross reference guide for LCD display replacement of old
technology Cathode Ray Tube display.

Accomplishments:
Introduced the first “Flat Panel Televisions” to the USA for use in airports.
Introduced the 16x9 aspect ratio to the Flight Information Display Industry.
Coordinated International logistics to move product efficiently and economically from
Italy to the final destination.
Developed a database and established a network of industry contacts for Philips (Italy).
Dotronix Inc. – New Brighton, Minnesota

Managed the five national sales regions, negotiate and review contracts with major
customers. Present sales forecast and summary for sales performance to executive
management. Our sales grew from zero in 1981 and reached a high $ 40 Million in just
three years.
Accomplishments:
Introduced a product concept to executive management and successfully launched the
DSV series monitor to the market. In less than two years, Dotronix became the largest
supplier of video wall monitors in the United States.
Negotiated and won the United States Postal Contract with Electrocom Automation. This
multi-million dollar contract lasted several years and generated additional contracts with
USPS.
