2. Roadmap Alignment – Describe how your idea aligns with your company’s roadmap. How does it
support your company’s vision, values, competitive difference and this year’s top 5 goals (strategic initiatives).




3. Financial Justification – How will your idea create revenue, save expenses or preserve capital? Think
about your company’s financial dashboard, and then describe the financial justification for your idea.




4. DISC Profile – What’s the DISC style of your “C” listener? How can you shape your message accordingly?
