History

• 1995 - 2001: BioStar offers microbial products to the petroleum industry in
Venezuela
• Average annual revenues approximately $1M
• 2001 - 2009: TecProSol offers a new line of proprietary solutions for oil and
natural gas producers
• TecProSol products achieve wide acceptance in Venezuela
• TecProSol is undercapitalized; growth is limited
• August - November, 2009: Frank Perkins and Alirio Pinango form Clean
World Innovations (CWI) to expand the market for these products
• TecProSol becomes an operating extension of CWI
• All intellectual property transferred from TecProSol to CWI
• CWI opens office in Huntsville, Alabama
• CWI forms an agreement with electocoagulation developer, GlobalSep Corporation

process (Holt et al., 2001). Clearly, the coagulant and its hydrolysis products can have

It is possible to identify three basic sciences - electrochemistry, coagulation, and

flotation - that interact to make electrocoagulation work. The fact that these sciences are
difficult to investigate separately in an operational reactor goes some way towards

Cleanup & Remediation - Land-Based
