addition to the above I was responsible for maintenance of oil and gas meters at 4 oil

1. Routine maintenance for all instrument used for custody transfer point such as S-600
Flow computer , Daniel gas chromatographs , Panametrics Moisture meter, Delta V
supervisory system, Solartron-Mobrey Densitometer, Smith PD meter, Gas sensors
etc.
2. Routine calibration of all DP-PT-TT using master meters as per the predefined schedule.
3. Carrying out routine inspection of Daniel Senior orifice fitting and orifice inspection.
4. Routine calibration and maintenance, fault finding, rectification of Daniel C6 + Gas
Chromatographs.
5. Maintaining two Gas metering stations equipped with chiller – PLC- ESD system – Gas

I had started my carrier as a trainee engineer & reached to the post of testing in-charge in
a span of 5 years, I was among the first engineer selected for training of products of
DANIEL, HOUSTON, FOR A MONTH, after our company was taken over partly by
DANIEL USA. I was shifted to project for my in-depth knowledge of products from
manufacturing and subsequently transferred to customer support department to handle
both commissioning and after sales support in Daniel India with a very huge customer
base. The experience came to a full circle in the form of metering engineer where I
successfully maintained two gas metering stations and 6 GC s and was the single point of
contact for all technical problems related to GAS METERING for the customer.
