POSITION THE JOB:
All Works at three Companies as follow as :
- Department manager of im-export and purchasing.
- Finding and Contacting with supplier for buying material.
- Issuing the import contract and Letter Credit (if have) for buying the material.
- Subscribe to import raw materials for processing .
- Checking the details of import documents for opening customs clearance and then to pay for
supplier as L/C and TTR.
- Requesting to release the export booking or Tracking from forwarder services as the export
schedule what informed from sale department.
- Opening the contracts for export machining and export manufacturing.

2. - Issuing and registration the norms for using materials of each product in kind of export
machining and export manufacturing at the customs office.
- Issuing the invoice, packing list and sale contract and other documents.
- Issuing C/O to be form A,B,AJ for customers which approve from the competent authorities of
vietnam government.
- Opening the import and export customs declaration.
- Checking and monitoring of customer debt to urge customers to pay when due for payment.
- Understanding the stipulating procedures of the liquidation in customs, as export machining

machining and export manufacturing.
- Always to update the text, new legal policies of the State which related to the Export-Import.
