- Import:
+ Depend on delivery term, calculate selling price to customer (including
logistics expense, import tax, VAT, FCT…)
+ Prepare docs to open L/C, make payment for supplier.
+ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, contract, translate item name,
check HS code for forwarder to open CD on Ecus Vinacc – the Customs
systems.
+ Get D/O, pay local expense if any …, complete certificate for conditioned
commodity : Chemical Declaration, Test Quality, license…
+ Check CD draft, manage the other steps: Care delivery schedule cargo to
customer, customer service after selling.
+ Do process related to importing normal cargo (import and pay tax),
+ Take care import cargo project of EPZ customer, excluding normal CD.
(+) Bonded warehouse cargo: Make the contract with Bonded Warehouse,
prepare all documents to open CD, delivery schedule
(+) Import without tax fixed Asset cargo for contractor and Sub-
contractor of EPZ.
+ Calculate logistics expense for Purchaser to buy oversea cargo depend on
each term in incoterm 2000, 2010.
+ Prepare all documents for make payment to over sea supplier (Invoice,
Packing List, BL, contract, CD).
+ Make report weekly and monthly for import cargo, analyze and find out
the way, how to reduce logistics expense.
+ Make the Analysis report for profit of importing cargo (monthly)
- Export:
+ Check HS code, open Domestics export CD
+ Open export CD, contact to forwarder to book Flight, Vessel and then
send the flight/vessel schedule to over sea customer together with
Commecial invoice, Packing List, Contract, BL and related documents.
+ Complete related procedure
- Check SOA for all service from Forwarder, get VAT invoice and send to
accountant, make request payment for them.
- Process innovation:
+ According to the real condition for each type of cargo, find the improvement
to cost down logistics expense in detail steps.
+ Compare and negotiate among many forwarders to find the better price.
+ Training other members to touch and have best way to access the problem in
each task.
SKILLS
- Have full understand about incoterm, import and export process, the
customs laws and the process when importing conditioned cargo and
exporting also.
- Have knowledge of Vietnamese tax law (import-export tax, VAT,
withholding tax, special consumption tax, environmental tax…)
- Good team-work skill
- Analyze and access to the task quickly and actively.
- Work on management of company’s system
