José Antonio Fernández Martínez has over 27 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety roles. He has worked for companies in the food, pharmaceutical and health sectors. At PepsiCo de México, he served as Quality Manager for over 8 years, where he led the implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety systems. He developed strategic plans, innovation programs, and productivity projects resulting in recognition for quality excellence and over $200 million in savings. Martínez has experience developing, certifying, and integrating quality, environmental, health and safety systems. He also has experience validating new methodologies and standardizing supplier audits.
