To continually support the management of Al Tayer Stocks LLC in decision making and planning through analysis
and reporting of financial performance, maintaining effective controls over the Company’s financial processes and
preparing financial statements, management information and budgets for the Company.
Principal Accountabilities
MIS Reports & Analysis: Manage the timely preparation of the financial reports for the Company in line with Al
Tayer Group requirements, working in co-ordination with Group Corporate Finance. Provide key financial
information in areas such as operating results and budget Vs actuals. Ensure implementation of financial policies,
procedures and systems & identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
2. Budgeting, Forecast and Control : Preparation of the budgets and ensuring effective implementation of the
approved budget, monitor and report budget variance and identify key issues and potential corrective action.
Preparation of rolling forecasts & reviewing the expenditure pattern and ensuring proper control of recurring
expenses.
Finalization and Consolidation for Audits : Finalization of the company’s accounts including preparation of
year end and interim financial statements per the IFRS guidelines. Finalize & complete tax return & filing.
Treasury management : Monitor day to day cash needs of the Company with daily cash reporting mechanism
to ensure adequate liquidity. Negotiate and review terms and conditions for opening of LC, bank guarantees, bank
facility letters and retirement of documents.
