My career to date has been predominantly within the field of project construction
management including design, engineering, testing and commissioning of large
investment projects in Pakistan, United Arab Emirates and North Africa [Libya].
Currently I am working with DESCON Integrated Projects (Private) Limited, Pakistan for
their 132KV Gas Insulated Switchgear Projects at Korangi and Site, Karachi, Pakistan.
My mother tongue is Punjabi, I also speak English Fluently.
NATURE OF DUTIES
- Execute electrical design (Concept, Technical Study & Detailed Design) and design
deliverable to the required technical quality in the light of Scope of Work, Specifications,
Utilities Standards and Codes.
- Review and approval of third party drawings and documentation for all types of
electrical equipment.
- Supervision of project planning and scheduling.
- On site project safety supervision.
- Co-ordination meetings and liaison with third parties including clients and vendors.
- Preparation, checking and approval of equipment data sheets, electrical load list and
load flow, motor starting, equipment sizing, short circuit and dynamic stability studies,
inspection.
- Witnessing testing of electrical equipment at manufacturers works.
- Lead testing and commissioning activities of electrical system.
- Design, testing and commissioning of plant level interlocking and inter trip.
- Design review testing and commissioning of SCADA/RTU and PLC System.
