4. Value Engineering​: Study the Variation claim by the contractor's, Study the design concept
submitted by the consultants in the view of techno-commercial aspects. Assist in project cost
analysis. Monitor and minimize project related cost expenditures.
5. Technical Review: Technical evaluation of Tenders submitted by the participants. Material
Submittals, Shop Drawings, Pre-qualification of Contractors/ Sub-contractors/ Consultants.
Perform preliminary analysis and design for all engineering projects. Perform engineering
surveillance and review of technical documents.
6. Liaising with KAHRAMAA​: Building Permit Approvals, 11 kV Schemes Approvals any shutdown
arrangements, to resolve the contractor's issues regarding connection fees, inspection, material
approvals and etc. Liaise effectively with other relevant government authorities as required.
7. Assist in specialized technical and operational investigation and evaluation of complex tasks,
providing recommendations on the most appropriate approach.
