Mathematical modeling of a solar power plant under PWM control by the method ...Ali Mahmood
One of the most important energy resources is the solar power owing to its cleanliness, environmental friendliness, and its inexhaustible nature. Due to the fast development in the semiconductor and power electronics techniques, PV energy is of increasing interest in electrical power applications. The operation of PV energy conversion systems near the maximum power point increases the output efficiency of PV arrays. The weather conditions, which means, solar irradiation and atmospheric temperature is always changing with the output power of PV arrays. For that purpose, a maximum power point tracking control to extract maximum power from the PV arrays at real time is considered necessary in PV generation system. Recently, a great number of techniques have been suggested for tracking the maximum power point (MPP). Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is used in photovoltaic (PV) systems to maximize the photovoltaic array output power, regardless of the temperature and radiation conditions and of the load electrical characteristics the PV array output power is used to directly control the Pulse-width modulation (PWM), dc/dc converter, thereby reducing the complexity of the system. The resulting system has high efficiency with lower cost. This paper proposes modeling of a solar power plant under PWM control with a simple algorithm for photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems. The method is based on the use of a constant coefficient of short circuit current of the PV to obtain the maximum output power

Solar radiation has a very important effect on the performance of the PV solar cell due to its variation from time to time. This paper gives a concept about how changes the solar cell performance on different parameters (Short Circuit Current ISC, Open Circuit Voltage Voc, Maximum Power Pmax, Series Resistance RS, Shunt Resistance RSh, Efficiency η, Ideality Factor N, and Saturation Current IS) with the change in irradiance intensity level in reality and the result is shown by conducting a number of experiments was used the solar panel educational bench in school laboratory in National Airspace University «KhAI», the Department of space technology and alternative energy sources with silicon PV cell manufactured by Siemens Corp.
IA Literature Review on Synthesis and Characterization of enamelled copper wi...Editor IJCATR
This paper discusses about the survey on the various magazines, conference papers and journals for understanding the
properties of enamelled copper wires mixed with nano fillers, fundamental methods for synthesis and characterization of carbon
nanotubes. From all these papers, it was noted that the research work carried out in an enamelled copper wires filled with nano fillers
has shown better results. It was also recorded that the research work was carried mostly with single metal catalysts and very little
amount of research work has been carried out on the synthesis of carbon nanotubes using bimetallic catalysts.

Doping the quantum dots is one of the most emerging hot topics. In addition to the enhancement of the optical properties of the quantum dots, it also improve the chemical stability and inhibit the self quenching effect in the undoped quantum dots. In addition to that, It opened the field of using non Cadmium based quantum dots, that will be very useful for various biological applications.

Experimental study of nano-composite materials on vibration responsesBarhm Mohamad
This paper present of experimental and numerical study of nano Al2O3 cantilever beam for forced vibration, addressing an unexplored area in the existing literature. The proposed nano composite cantilever beam is modeled with hole and crack. The study is based on history loading calculation and composite morphology a global parameter, the transverse crack in nano composite cantilever beam was studied and analyzed experimentally using a four-channel dynamic signal acquisition (NI 9234) module for making high-accuracy measurements and its ideal for vibration applications. The relationship between the dispersion and interaction of the alumina nanoparticles within the cantilever beam and morphology of the solid, hole and crack composite has been identified. Furthermore, the influence of particles Al2O3 at different concentrations (0%, 1%, 3% and 4%) have been studied respectively. Supporting results proved that the crack and hole depth increases with increases of history loading. Nanoparticles dispersed within the specimen can increase energy dissipation during vibration, leading to improved damping characteristics. For future work, it is recommended to utilize statistical frequency domain input, such as Power Spectral Density (PSD), for assessing the structural response instead of employing time history loading.
