- Developing nonlinear transient ABAQUS finite element model to predict lightning-induced
thermal damage in carbon/epoxy laminates and PRSEUS panel.

 Developed front and rear bumper and fascia systems, ensuring all structural performance
requirements and safety criteria for model year 2016 Chevrolet Captive (Crossover Utility Van).
 Conduced feasibility studies on developing hybrid composite impact beams.

 Developed a green and cost-effective coal tar pitch-based carbon fiber (CPBCF) manufacturing
process for an ultra-high temperature thermal applications.

 Active collaboration had involved industry, university, and government-funded research institutes.
