 Completed 632 sites in Full TK and 384 sites in Partial TK
 100 sites completed and declared RFI in the month of November 2010.
 AT of 632 sites in FTK and 384 sites in PTK completed as the contract with BSNL.

 Conducts inspection with MOBILY&ERICSSON Engineers for reinforced columns and pads
prior to concrete casting.
 Inspects with MOBILY&ERICSSON Engineers for the concrete quality such as: type,
slump, temperature, and cube quantity.
 Discuss with the Consultant’s Regional Manager regarding sites that requires SNAG
rectifications
 Coordinates with SCECO and GENERATOR Supplier for the provision of temporary and
permanent power.
 Coordinate with project in charge for the preparation of PAT document
 Conducts PAT inspection with MOBILY & ERICSSON Telecom, and HVAC specialist.
 Conducts SHELTER ACCEPTANCE TEST at shelter supplier’s warehouse.
 Checks shelter furnishing and electro-mechanical fit out.
 Supervises and monitor the daily activities of all HATCO Sites Supervisors
