Recommendations:
“I have no hesitation in recommending Jack as an invaluable team member of any financial
organisation after working with him as, he possesses that rare ability to draw on his professional
accountancy & finance career, his formal Econometrics education and NLP training and, his IT
change career and product knowledge to fluently elicit and convey complex issues to all the
teams and members involved in such a way that they understand.” Edgar Ferreira, Consultant IT
Infrastructure Architect
“I have worked with Jack on two occasions in different organisations and would recommend him
as an asset to any change project. He has a vast array of knowledge, skills and experiences over
systems, processes, products and regulation but not only that he can actually explain them to
anybody, I thought that was what a BA was meant to do but not all can.” Mark Hammett, Axiom
Developer
