PROJECT - 01 : SCR-Urea Technology for Euro 6 vehicle
 Design and release of all components such as Urea tank(blowmolded & injection molded tanks),Pressurelines,
Filler Assembly and its mountings from concept for Eu6 vehicles.
 Design for prototype to testing to manufacturing and assembly fiting.
 Giving new concepts for Mounting and clipping,ensuring durability of parts with regular communication
with CAE and with moldflow team to ensure no sinkage,warpage etc on plastic components.
 Supporting builds stages with solutions for problems involving in the assembly line.
 Communication with supplier for streamlining the drawings and implementing them.

2. PROJECT - 02 : Fuel Fillers
 Design and releaseof Fuel Fillers to meet design rules from our company and supplier.
 Assistencein fill testand flow analysis to increasetheflow rate for fuel system.
 Cost analysisand DFMEA of Fuel Fillers
 Modifyingthe assembly and drawings and releasingthem at various stages of the program.
PROJECT - 03 : Single Sender Mechanism
Mechanism developed to use only one sender(on active side) and eliminate the sender on passive side
to measure the level of fuel in the tank.
