Project Name: Design and Development of AM-02 Mule vehicle for a French OEM:
Scope: Development of a mule vehicle with center steering, Rear Engine, CVT and Rear wheel drive
architecture for an OEM
My Roles:
Conversion of the design received from client (OEM) for reducing the part development cost and time
without changing the hard points and design constraints
Development of CAD for the converted design, DMU packaging and 2D drawing release for development.
Support for part development and testing
Project Name: Design and development of 2CYL TCIC performance brand vehicle for an Indian OEM
Scope: Development of a new small car with Turbocharged MPFI engine based on a small car platform
My Roles:
Vehicle Integration and DMU packaging, Ensuring vehicle level targets are meeting digitally
Integration of 5 speed transaxle in the place of already available 4 speed transaxle and integration with a
new clutch
Clutch cable and Accelerator cable routing using the cables available in production

3. Project Name: Design and development of 4CYL TCIC performance brand vehicle for an Indian OEM
Scope: Improve the power and torque of the Engine, Change the Exterior and Interior styling, Integrate a
6-speed transaxle instead of already available 5-speed transaxle in the hatchback car of an OEM.
My Roles:
Feasibility study for geometrical packaging of the 6-speed transaxle and change parts list creation for
integrating the 6-speed transaxle to the Engine and Powertrain layout drawing creation and layout
creation for installation of the new Powertrain in the Platform
Exhaust manifold casting design and drawing for integrating the new Turbocharger
Powertrain positioning in the available Engine room of the BIW and mounting the Powertrain in the
Torque rolling axis
Packaging feasibility check of new larger sized clutch for increase in the torque and concept modeling of
flywheel for the larger clutch. Clutch layout drawing creation for the changed clutch
Ensuring the changed exterior trims are according to the Exterior projection homologation standards.
Ensuring the target Approach and departure angles are met For the change in the exterior trims,
suspension ride height and Wheels & tire.
